1 caplet on rising with a glass of salted water+ (1/8-1/4 teaspoon in an 8 oz glass of water), 1 at noon and 1 before bed
+ Many people with adrenal fatigue find they feel better when they take a little salt in their water, especially in the morning.* However use your own personal taste as a guide and adjust the amount of salt you use accordingly.*

If your mid to late afternoon low is severe enough to interfere with your energy level, work, mental clarity or mood, also take 10 drops at noon.*

If your problem is primarily difficulty sleeping, take 10 drops before bedtime.*

If you have difficulty with sudden shifts in energy or energy drops, take 10 drops on rising.*
