Mild Adrenal Fatigue Dietary Supplement Program
If you scored between 45-88 (women) or 44-87 (men)
on the Adrenal Fatigue questionnaire (p.61, Dr. Wilson's book) take the dietary
supplements below in addition to following the exercises and lifestyle recommendations
given in the book. This complete program is very effective at restoring your

Dietary Supplements for Mild Adrenal Fatigue:
Take all 4 dietary supplements as directed below and the additional Herbal
product, if indicated, to obtain optimal benefit.
Adrenal Rebuilder
Formula
- 1 caplet on rising with a glass of salted water (1/4-1/2 teaspoon in an
8 oz glass of water), 1 at noon and 1 before bed.
Adrenal C Formula
- 1 caplet on rising, 1 at noon and 1 before bed.
Super Adrenal
Formula 1
- 1 caplet on rising, 1 at noon and 1 before bed.
Magnesium Citrate (available at most health food stores)
- 1 - 200 mg tablet on rising and 1 at noon.
- If your mid to late afternoon low is severe enough to interfere with your
work, mental clarity or mood, also take 1 tablet at 2:30 PM. Magnesium is
an important mineral that is necessary for full recovery from Adrenal Fatigue.
- Note - If you experience loose bowels after you take magnesium, it indicates
that the magnesium is not being well absorbed. To increase absorption, take
Adrenal C Formula with the magnesium. If this problem still persists after
a few days take the magnesium with hydrochloric acid (HCL) tablets (available
at most health food stores.)

Support Formula
- When you have sleep disturbances or sudden drops in energy levels, take
Herbal Adrenal Support Formula in addition to the above 4 products.
- If your problem is primarily difficulty sleeping take
10 drops or 1 caplet before bedtime.
- If you have difficulty with sudden shifts in energy or energy
drops take 10 drops or 1 caplet on rising.
- If you have difficulty sleeping AND sudden shifts of energy
take 10 drops or 1 caplet on rising and 10 drops or 1 caplet before bedtime.

+ Some people have difficulty taking anything
first thing in the morning. If you can't take the supplements when you rise,
then take them with your first food of the day, but remember you will feel
