Dr. Wilson’s Program for Adrenal Fatigue and Stress combines suggestions about lifestyle, diet, rest and body-mind techniques with specific recommendations for dietary supplementation. Together they create a comprehensive Program for Adrenal Fatigue and Stress that effectively supports and promotes healthy adrenal function, vitality and stress hardiness.*

We have found that one of the easiest ways to quickly see if adrenal fatigue may be affecting you is to look at the cartoons that begin on page 27 in Dr. Wilson’s book Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome.* If three or more of the cartoons remind you of yourself, complete the self-grading Adrenal Fatigue Questionnaire on page 61 in the book.

Read the dietary and lifestyle suggestions found in Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 of the book and use the information to start making changes in your life that will support your body and your ability to handle stress. Many of these changes should be for life. Do the ones that are easiest for you to change first. Sometimes even little changes can make a surprising difference. Work up to the ones that are more challenging and go at a pace that doesn’t stress you more. If you are feeling very overwhelmed, it can help to take a long-term perspective and realize that if you keep gradually improving your life one step at a time, you will get there. In six months, a year, two years you will be able to look back and see that you really have come a long way from where you are now. Many people have shared this journey and are very glad they did.
